      • Your order number.
      • The reason for the return (e.g., item not as described, change of mind, defective product, etc.).
      • Any relevant photos (if applicable, for damaged or defective products).
    • Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review it and provide you with further instructions for returning the item. We may also provide a return shipping label at no extra cost if the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we made an error in fulfilling your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the return item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

Refunds
